-If you claim items from multiple retailers, you will receive multiple invoices and packages.
-Finished claiming items? Please click the "done shopping" button so your retailers know you are ready to receive your invoice! (The consultant may click done shipping if the item still remains claimed after an hour).
-What if I have not received an invoice? Retailers often have other jobs and do sleep, so don’t worry it will arrive in your inbox soon. Make sure you double check your SPAM folder too! If it is not there, please reach out to the retailer who you claimed the item from by email, text or messaging thru sonlet.
-Please do not claim it if you don't intend to pay. Consultants hold these items for you and may miss a sale if you claim and do not pay.
-Consultants ship within 48 hours, sometimes things happen. Reach out with any questions!

-I don’t like my item? Each retailer has an individual return policy. Items discounted are not returnable, reach out to the consultant. Also, if you are unhappy there is a happiness policy link provided by the company. Ask the consultant for details.
-All orders must be paid using the BLESS system. (No paypal, no square, no venmo, no zello, no cashapp.. we use only LuLaRoe's proprietary system for both your safety and ours).
